Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

ForgeFit (forgefitai.com) is operated by the operator of ForgeFit. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator, and “you” means the person using the site.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record and are the seller of record for your purchase. Your payment contract for the purchase itself is with Paddle, and Paddle’s own terms apply to it alongside these.

2. What ForgeFit is — and is not

ForgeFit estimates how much of the weight you have lost while taking a GLP-1 medication is likely to be lean tissue, using published population averages and the numbers you enter. It also tracks that estimate over time.

It is not medical advice, and it is not a medical device. Specifically:

It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It does not measure your body. A DXA or BIA scan measures; ForgeFit infers from population data. It will never tell you to start, stop, change or pause a medication or a dose. It does not replace your prescriber, your dietitian, or any clinician.

Every estimate is exactly that. Two people who enter identical numbers can have genuinely different body composition. Decisions about your health are yours and your clinician’s, not ours.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. Do not use ForgeFit if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a diagnosed eating disorder, or if you have kidney disease and have been given a protein target by a clinician — in that last case their number governs, not ours.

4. Your account

The free calculator needs no account. The tracker does. We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email address, so there is no password to lose — but it does mean anyone with access to your email can reach your account. Keep your email secure.

The information you enter is yours. Enter it honestly; the output is only as good as the input, and we cannot tell the difference between a real weight and a guess.

5. What you pay, and what you get

The tracker costs $49, paid once, and gives you 12 weeks of access from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.

After 12 weeks you keep read access to what you have already logged and can still export your report. To keep logging new weeks, you buy another period.

6. What you may not do

Resell, republish or redistribute the tool or its output as your own product. Use it to give medical advice to other people, or to represent it as a clinical assessment. Attempt to access another person’s account or data. Scrape, overload or attempt to break the service.

7. Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we withdraw the paid tracker entirely while you have unused access, we will refund the unused portion.

8. No warranty — the tool is provided as it is

ForgeFit is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and in particular we do not warrant that:

any estimate it produces is accurate for you, or matches what a scan would measure; using it will preserve muscle, change your body composition, or produce any result at all; the published averages it is built on apply to your particular case; the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.

The estimate is a model built from population data. Two people entering identical numbers can have genuinely different bodies, and the model cannot tell them apart. We say so on the calculator itself, on How we work, and here.

9. You accept the risk of your own decisions

You use ForgeFit at your own risk, and you remain responsible for every decision you make about your health. By using it you acknowledge that:

you are responsible for deciding whether anything here applies to you, and for discussing it with a qualified clinician before acting on it; you will not change, pause or stop a prescribed medication because of anything ForgeFit shows you, without speaking to the person who prescribed it; the numbers you enter are your own, and the output is only as good as they are — we cannot tell a measured weight from a guess; ForgeFit is not a substitute for a scan, a blood test, a dietitian, or medical care of any kind.

If you are unwell, losing weight faster than you expect, or worried about anything you see here, contact a clinician rather than a calculator.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of ForgeFit, including any decision you make about your diet, training or medication. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top always tell you which one applies. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
