The tracker

Twelve weeks of knowing which way it is going.

The free calculator answers one question, once: how much of what you have lost so far is likely muscle. This answers the one that actually decides the outcome — is it getting better or worse, and what should you change this week?

What you get

The week the scale lied

This is the real tracker, rendered from the real code, on a made-up person whose dose went up at week eight. The scale said her best week yet. Every number below is produced by the same model a paying account uses — nothing here is drawn.

01 Your trend
Your trend

Down 1.3 kg this week.

Log this week

Of the 6.9 kg you have lost, roughly 2.5 kg is likely lean tissue — about 36%. That share is up from 26% last week. Protein is down about 22 g a day on last week. You logged 1 strength session against 2 last week.

New dose this week. Appetite usually drops hardest here — protein is the thing to guard.

Start here

Add 2 strength sessions a week.

Two or three sessions of thirty minutes is the whole ask — a squat, a hinge, a push, a pull, two sets each. Resistance training is the only lever that tells the body to keep the muscle it has.

Questions worth asking
  1. Is that faster than you would want at this stage?
  2. Am I eating enough protein for how fast this is coming off?

The report is designed to be printed and taken to an appointment. Nothing it generates recommends a dose or a medication — those are your prescriber's to make.

What you get
A weekly check-in
Four numbers a week — weight, protein, strength sessions, and which dose week you are on. It takes about a minute.
The trend, not a snapshot
The free calculator gives you one number today. This shows whether that number is getting better or worse, week over week.
An early warning
When your rate of loss, protein or training moves into the range associated with losing lean tissue, it says so — before it shows up in the mirror.
A written note each week
What changed, what it means, and the single thing worth changing. Written from your own numbers, in plain English.
A printable report
One page with your trend and your numbers, for your own record or to take to the person who prescribed your medication.
What it is not
It is not a diet, a meal plan, or a training programme. It does not sell you supplements, and it does not upsell anything. It is not a scan, and it does not claim to measure your body. It will never tell you to change your dose.
Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of $49 covers twelve weeks. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
What happens after twelve weeks?
Your data stays and you can still read it and export your report. If you want another twelve weeks, you buy them — we will not charge you automatically.
Is this medical advice?
No. It estimates from published averages and shows you the working. It does not diagnose anything and it will never tell you to change a dose — that is a conversation with your prescriber.
Do I need a body-composition scan?
No, and this does not replace one. A DXA scan measures; this infers from your weight, protein, training and age. Where it is uncertain it shows a range rather than a false decimal.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days, no questions, by writing to the address on our contact page.
